ROCKSETT will bond screws, shafts, keys, blinds, pipes, flanges, etc. The tensile strength of the bond is approximately 250 pounds per square inch. The shear strength is 450 pounds per square inch, more than sufficient for MOST purposes.
The main purpose of ROCKSETT is to keep assemblies from vibrating so that they do not dislodge under such conditions. Therefore, ROCKSETT is both and adhesive and a noise/vibration deepening material.
With a ROCKSETT assembly, you have all the advantages of eliminating vibration and unthreading or dislodgment, whereas your option is the opportunity to disassemble the parts. Other adhesives which bond permanently cannot be disassembled or retrofitted, unless you heat them at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and burn off the residue.
One of the other main advantages of ROCKSETT is that it will withstand INCREDIBLE TEMPERATURES from -180 degrees centigrade up to and even more than +1100 degrees centigrade. It will withstand reverse stresses.
ROCKSETT will bond together keyless surfaces such as polished silver to glass, ceramic to glass, etc.
FOR BEST RESULTS, DRY OUT AT 80 DEGREES CELSIUS.
