Up for sale is a kit containing ONE GALLON of UC-44 low gloss urethane clear in Flat, Matte, Satin, or Semi Gloss sheen (choose using drop down menu) and ONE QUART of standard activator required to catalyze this clear. This is a great low gloss clear product at an outstanding price! This clear dries to a sleek low gloss sheen (4 sheens to choose from) for that unique low gloss effect. Special blend of transparent pigments and additives improves mar resistance and toughness compared to other flattened clearcoats. Flexible polymers prevent cracking and flaking and improves chip resistance. Urethane chemistry and U.V. absorbers ensure long life. A quart kit is offered in a separate listing.

2K Medium Solids (MS) Poly-Urethane Clear
Our 2K MS Clear is a durable high gloss finish that dries quickly and polishes easily. We generally recommend 3-4 coats of this clear for restoration work where wet sanding and buffing is required.
2K High Solids (HS) Urethane Clear
Our 2K HS Glamour Clear is a higher solids clear which means you get more film build per coat resulting in a deeper, wetter finish with fewer coats of material. The downside is this clear is a little harder to spray than the MS clear. Restoration professionals tend to prefer this product.
Low Gloss Urethane Clear
Our low gloss clear is designed to give cool low gloss sheen looks.  In fact we offer it in 4 gloss sheens; flat, matte, satin, and semi gloss.

How much is it to add primer to this kit?
The cost depends on which type of primer you need. We offer a wide array of primer tailored for specific applications. Here are some general recommendations:
Epoxy Primer
– Required for corrosion resistance and adhesion over bare metal.
Urethane Primer Surfacer
– Best for filling in small imperfections and easily sands to a smooth uniform surface.
Urethane Sealer
– Great choice if your paint is already in fair condition and you don’t need body work. Available in a wide range of colors to reduce base color needs and reduce visibility of stone chips and gouges.
Adhesion Promoter/Plastic Primer
– If you are painting over bare plastic it is best to use a primer designed to adhere and flex with your plastic

Can I use your products with another brand’s primer, clear, reducer, color etc?
It is impossible for us to test our products with every other brand of paint product so we can not guarantee it will work. Therefore, we only recommend you use our brands of products as a system.
Is this kit enough paint to do my car?
How much paint is required depends on the color you choose, the size of the vehicle you have, and how much of the vehicle you are painting. Generally speaking a car kit is typically enough to the outside of a mid sized vehicle plus 2 door jambs. If you have a larger vehicle, or you plan to paint inside the trunk, under the deck lid or hood or engine bay you need more paint. We recommend purchasing extra to have on hand in case you need it. You can return un-opened containers for a refund less the shipping we had to pay.

We currently are offering free shipping to the continental USA on all our items sold through eBay! If you order multiple items all items may ship together or separately depending on the items and shipping regulations. We do not ship to APOs, FPOs, or anywhere outside the continental USA. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada.
Shipping Times
We work hard to ship items as quickly as possible. However, due to the nature of these items, processing and shipping time (the time it takes us to get your items packaged and turned over to UPS or Fedex) can vary between 1 and 3 business days depending on our order volume. This does not include your transit time which we define as the time Fedex or UPS has your package(s) until they are delivered. Transit times vary between 1 and 6 business days depending on your location.
